Memberships
OPERAS
erih+ is a member of the OPERAS Research Infrastructure and holds a seat in the OPERAS Executive Assembly. Through this partnership, we contribute to the collective effort to advance open scholarly communication across the European Research Area. Our work within OPERAS particularly supports initiatives promoting multilingualism, equitable publishing models, and open standards for research dissemination.
COPE
As a member of COPE (Committee on Publication Ethics), erih+ endorses and promotes ethical practices in scholarly publishing. Our evaluation procedures are aligned with COPE’s core principles of integrity, transparency, and accountability, ensuring that the journals included in the index uphold recognized standards of editorial and peer-review ethics.

Data providers
erih+ collaborates with a number of established international data providers to ensure the accuracy, interoperability, and transparency of its metadata. These include:
- DOAJ (Directory of Open Access Journals) – for information on open access status and licensing.
- ISSN International Centre – for authoritative journal identification and metadata standardization.
- Sherpa Romeo – for verified information on journal copyright and self-archiving policies.
