Regarding the ISSN-checker in the submission form: Some users are experiencing issues with this module. We are currently working on a manual version of the form, to be used when the ISSN Portal is unavailable. We apologize for any inconveniences this may cause you or your colleagues, and we hope to have a solution to this very soon.

PS! In the meantime, try doing a hard refresh of the page before checking for the ISSN again.
